30-Day Return Policy

At Mayfield Paper Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:


Eligible Items Must Be:
  • New and unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and components

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Special-order or custom-made products
  • Items ordered specifically at a customer's request
  • Opened chemicals or cleaning agents
  • Unsealed foodservice disposables
  • PPE or safety products that cannot be resold for regulatory reasons

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email or contact your Sales Representative directly or email [email protected] or [email protected]
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  • Ship the product back using the method provided (usually, our driver will pick it up on the next visit)

Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Items returned without authorization may be refused

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued in the form of a customer credit.
